ROJA

Kali Durga and CINCI Thanks for the link and the note about the time zone differences. I’ll be checking that, so I will be on time watching this live stream. Jack thanks for sharing this to all the ones who could’t get a ticket. It will be very interesting to listen to what you have to say about this big project and and about Paramount history and artists

CINCI

PS: Oops…went back to that youtube.com page so I could put it in my favorites and clicked “show more” (information) and noted the time the show starts and saw 7pm (which would be in EST). The time above says 6pm ET. I’m in CST and here 7pm EST would be 6pm CST. Anyone wanting to watch the “live” stream will have to figure out the difference in the times zones. I’ll check out the “live” stream page early on so I don’t miss seeing the event while it is actually happening = so excellent! / It would be very nice if youtube and the NYPL keeps the video available on the youtube web site.

Kali Durga, Thank you for the link. When I put in the address I made the first “v” a capital so I was just directed to the main youtube.com page. On that page I searched “live stream of Jack White at New York Public Library”. It was very cool to get to the youtube page you mentioned here and see the counter counting down the days, hours, minutes (and did I even see seconds?…wow) until anyone and everyone can watch the event streamed “live” on youtube.com starting November 19, 2013 at 6PM EST. / Thank you too Jack for being such a sweetheart (and quite the salesman) and allowing yourself to be aired “live” for this event for all of your fans to see how this show goes down. Have you thought about bringing a guitar to the event and playing one of the old songs for the fun of it and thrilling the crowd? It is all about music after all and that is why a lot of your fans will be watching the “live” stream.

For folks unable to attend this event, someone over at Swirl found a link to an upcoming livestream— http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVX11KvBOUI. I love that includes a countdown.

Kali Durga

This is about more than Jack, toots. He’s the catalyst for this one, not the main event.

Ivana

Dammit Kali! He’s not even singing!!! Don’t get me all worked up!

Kali Durga

Six days…

Ivana

oh yeah, so I’m going. Forgot to mention that…For Kali: squeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Ivana

hahaha so this is turning out to be a vault friends gathering! woohoooo! It’s been so long!!!

Kali Durga

Ah, my pall gall, next week will find two elegant, dignified women attending this event arm-in-arm, paying close attention to every word spoken so as not to miss the slightest tidbit of fascinating historical musical information, while squealing like 14 year-olds on the inside because Jack White has once more brought us together in NYC… I’m counting the days, my friend, and am grateful to Jack yet again.
