Hi all,
Cam here. I've been working as your contact for Third Man's Vault for a little over 5 years now and it has been my genuine pleasure to learn so much about you Vault members, help with questions and concerns (especially the ones without profanity!) and generally facilitate your Vault experience as it has evolved and grown far beyond what, I think, anyone could have dreamed back in Fall 2010. With a heavy heart, this is my letter of departure to you, as I move forward to uphold our top-notch reputation as the head of Third Man's distribution department.
So, who now will fix your LP jacket corner dings? Your seam splits? Address excessive trolling in the Vault chat? Many of you have already been chatting with David, who has been kicking ass as a member of the customer service crew. He will now be your point person for all your Vault needs. Here's a quick note from David:

Hello everybody!
My name’s David, and I’ll be taking care of this little world we call the Vault starting now. I’ve been training night and day as Cam’s apprentice for almost two years now, and I can only hope to fill his freakishly large shoes. Times are a changin’, but everything will be A-OK. Talk soon!

Thanks again for 5 wonderful years!
Peace and love,
Cam
