Cam here. I've been working as your contact for Third Man's Vault for a little over 5 years now and it has been my genuine pleasure to learn so much about you Vault members, help with questions and concerns (especially the ones without profanity!) and generally facilitate your Vault experience as it has evolved and grown far beyond what, I think, anyone could have dreamed back in Fall 2010. With a heavy heart, this is my letter of departure to you, as I move forward to uphold our top-notch reputation as the head of Third Man's distribution department.
So, who now will fix your LP jacket corner dings? Your seam splits? Address excessive trolling in the Vault chat? Many of you have already been chatting with David, who has been kicking ass as a member of the customer service crew. He will now be your point person for all your Vault needs. Here's a quick note from David:

LOVE yer smiling face, Cam! :D I was just saying to someone this week, “If anyone can, Cam can!” I echo what everyone’s said here. You’ve always been so pleasant to talk to, returning calls promptly, with good humor and the patience of Job. It has been a pleasure to have your Cam Do Attitude with the help and answers we’ve needed-cheerily asking “is there anything else I can do for you today?” So congrats, you deserve this promotion-and a break from the Vault Drama and Complaint Dept. lol! It’s comforting to know TMR’s Distribution Dept (and our packages) will still be in capable hands! And congrats David! I hope you enjoy taking over the vault reins. And with the extra money you’ll be earning, David you’ll be able to get those teeth fixed. Welcome! ;-)
