Cam here. I've been working as your contact for Third Man's Vault for a little over 5 years now and it has been my genuine pleasure to learn so much about you Vault members, help with questions and concerns (especially the ones without profanity!) and generally facilitate your Vault experience as it has evolved and grown far beyond what, I think, anyone could have dreamed back in Fall 2010. With a heavy heart, this is my letter of departure to you, as I move forward to uphold our top-notch reputation as the head of Third Man's distribution department.
So, who now will fix your LP jacket corner dings? Your seam splits? Address excessive trolling in the Vault chat? Many of you have already been chatting with David, who has been kicking ass as a member of the customer service crew. He will now be your point person for all your Vault needs. Congratulations to both of you! Cam I knew you would move up eventually. I have had the pleasure of taking with you over the phone and in person. I’ve had the pleasure recently, talking to both Cam and David. I can assure you they’re Two of the finest folks that side or above the Mississippi, I reside on the other side, and I’m not 100 if they’re in Detroit or Nashville, haha!!. A big cheers to both! And a mighty good luck as well! (High five)

Congrats on the promotion! :) I personally have had the personal touch you have provided to (I’m sure) all Vault members. TMR has always in my mind and heart been set apart from this corporate world because of what I’ve experienced on the front lines of TMRs service. Which has been mostly you Cam. So I thank you for that! It means so much to not be treated as a number somewhere when that is all you are treated everywhere in this world. :) I’m sure David will treat people just the same as it seems to be a TMR thing. :) Thank you all always for what you’ve created.
