Hi all,
Just a quick note to clarify our intention with the pre-sale tickets on the Vault Pre-Sales page. These tickets are meant for members who are on the Vault for the same reasons that we hope all fans and followers are so dedicated to Third Man: for sincere and genuine interest in Third Man artists and releases, vinyl, historic recordings and reissues, art, film, literature, challenging normalcy in the antiquated music industry, analog recording, high-quality collectible products, etc. An intention that is not encouraged (and, in fact, not tolerated) is turning a profit off of our members' genuine interests in such creative works.
Although it would be impossible for us to filter members by intention upon purchasing a product, it becomes pretty clear on the secondhand market whose intentions are less than honorable. If and when a break in this policy occurs, really for any offer extended to Vault members, the Vault member(s) and any outstanding store orders will immediately be canceled from the Vault and membership will be revoked.
We hate to be so strict about this policy but feel that it is our responsibility to stick up for the members who have been so loyal, supportive and kind over the years since this whole crazy experiment began. Hope to have you all on board for years to come.

Vault Ticketing Policy Note
Thank you for saying this. Though I was unable to get presale tickets through my platinum vault subscription (huge fans) after two hours straight of clicking on the button to buy the tickets the second they went on sale, I was at least able to get nosebleed seats during the regular sale to the public in Chicago. It was quite the disappointment to miss out on what I felt a true fan membership should have allowed. I know it will be difficult to weed out the rude people trying to turn a profit, but thank you for trying!
There’s an Ultra ticket for RSD on ebay for $720…the seller already has his ticket in hand.
I just saw this awesome. Personally I disagree with some suggestions for one ticket limit. 4 was too many before for me two is perfect! Missed out in 2012. But my husband and I are both huge fans and have not taken any vacation in ten years. Traveling form traverse city to pits show hitting Warhol museum before the show. Then on to Detroit for both shows. Bought the Detroit tix through pre sale and Pitts Friday public sale. Decided to do a third show last min. Wouldn’t dream of selling a single ticket. Thanks for the pre sale offerings and great prices we genuinely appreciate all you all do! Can’t wait for my vacation!
I was about time to TMR do something like this, if they limited 1 ticket per vault member things would be easier and people would have more chances to get a ticket. Unfornately, some of these so called ’’fans’’ are taking advantage of the real fans and selling the tickets 10x of what they worth it.
I’ve been a member for a few years. Seeing people sell stuff for so much is sicking. I got 2 tickets for a Detroit show and looked on EBay right after and saw people charging 10 times the face value. I hope you catch all these people.
Being a member since day 1, I appreciate this! Good going. :)

Looks like enough complaints went to Ticketmaster about these shows. I got an email stating this,
“Don’t worry, your tickets are coming – whether you’re printing, going mobile, getting them in the mail, or planning on in-store pickup! This temporary delivery delay just gives us time to run routine checks that ensure all fans get a fair shot at seats, like confirming every buyer is a fan and not a bot, making sure everyone sticks to the ticket limit, etc.”
Hopefully they catch a few of them. I’ve been using Ticketmaster for a long time and this is the first time I’ve gotten an email like this.
I get that people are frustrated about supply and demand….. Do you know just how small the “blue room” is??? Not every non-scalper will be able to procure a ticket. Limit the ticket options to one per Vault member. There will always be items sold for market value…. Check Ebay for the High Ball 7"’s…. I bet there’s several listed for WELL above retail value. It’s the world we live in.
Just booked 2 tickets for London, Missed out on the last time Jack was in the UK so really looking forward to this
