I am so very pleased that Third Man Records has made quick work of all the shipping issues I have ever had and I hope everyone’s challenges are fully resolved. Whatever issues you have… its clear that the show was an entirely unforgettable event and moment of great fun… its even more great that Jack White is a man who is willing to share the wisdom of all ages along with the artful skills and ideas of those that came before him. He gave us some of the best music and one of the most interesting music outlets of our time and all this with each decade of his 3 decades of living. He is hardly old and certainly a soul of infinite measure…. can we afford him some love and respect??? Sure we can!

Grrrrrr that is so ridiculous! Bloody customs. Wonder what the value is printed on the label?
I’m the person that’s had to pay £38! Customs have totally mucked up the charges as £30 of that is VAT and there’s an £8 handling fee.
When I managed to contact customs they said I had two options – not pay and the package would be returned to TMR after 20 days or pay and then try and claim back the excessive charges. The good folk at TMR are helping me out as much as they can but basically customs/border force have decided the package has a value of approximately £150 (ie the best part of the annual subscription total)! I’m hopeful that once I have the package and can retrieve the necessary paperwork from it and with the help TMR are providing, I should be able to get most, if not all, of my money back.

Best vault package I’ve gotten yet. So nice.
I’m in the UK and got the parcel just before Christmas, no charges to pay. That did happen with the previous package though, I had to pay about £30 in duty. After that farce, which affected quite a lot of people in the UK especially, Third Man said they would fix it for this package, and mine certainly came through without any problems this time.
Mine is being held by customs awaiting charges to pay. Still waiting to find out how much but I read someone had to pay £38 to get theirs!
