After a very busy period here at Third Man headquarters, we are finally done shipping all the Lazaretto Vault packages. If you still have not received a tracking number for your package #20 (and signed up as a Platinum member before April 30), please let us know right away at vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Also, to reiterate from the last posting, we now will begin processing exchange and replacement requests that have been sent over the past few weeks. Although we usually accept exchange and replacement requests only up to 14 days after packages are received, we will allow for a longer grace period this quarter, lasting up through today for domestic members. We appreciate your patience very much and remind you to keep your eyes peeled for the next Vault package announcement shortly!

Still waiting on mine, customs finally found the parcel and as a gesture of goodwill waived the customs charge. But the parcel is still being processed at my local depot which by the way I can’t collect and I’m told time and time again it will be delivered soon. FML
Finally received my parcel in France! Lazaretto LP has a big dent that makes it unplayable! Really disappointed to say the least! Hope I will get an answer to my emails soon!
I called customs again today, and they tell me my package was cleared and ready to ship three weeks ago! I called Parcel Force and they say customs still have it. It’s currently being investigated, how the f*** have they lost a tracked package?! I am really pissed about this and I’m a little worried I won’t get mine now
My package was send back to sender from the netherlands on the 9 of july
i’have send an e-mail to third man but i haven’t had no response till now.
i’m sad, can third man cheer me up ?
My package had been held since 10th July for customs charges, and no word from USPS or Parcelforce about how to pay the charges. But if you go to the Parcelforce tracking site and enter your USPS tacking number it should then give you your Parcelforce tracking number. Then call your local Parcelforce depot and give them the tracking number, they’ll then give you the customs payment ref. number which you can use to pay the charges over the phone or online. I did this yesterday afternoon and my package arrived this morning! The only frustrating thing here was the complete lack of communication from USPS and Parcelforce!
Same here, no reply from TMR, no tracking no. and no information from customs.
Take a really long time this package.

No reply from TMR, no package, no message from parcelforce, no update on USPS. Getting seriously peed off now.
@ Jas: I never wait on my letter from the custom office.As soon as the online tracking s shows it’s through the customs i pick it up there with a copy of my mastercard receipt and pay 11 euros. That works fine,even in Germany the Bürokratiemonster.
