Vault package #20 -- the Jack White Lazaretto Vault package -- is now officially leaving Third Man headquarters! We are shipping in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) order by first name, starting with American Vault members, then moving to international Vault members. USPS tracking info will be sent with all shipping notifications.
As usual, please hold questions regarding package #20's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped, so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as soon as possible. And, of course, keep your eyes fixed on your mailbox over the next few weeks!
I’m in Australia, news to vault, signed up and paid well before the deadline for this package – but haven’t heard anything?
Does it normally take this long?
@idiotheastro it’s all cool. After playing the black vinyl several times and see in these many many posts about the skipping and knick in the edge just thought I would share so we all know it is the same for all the vinyl copies and is as it should be. :)
@athinkingcat Yeah, I wasn’t sure if it was a defect or not, that’s why I emailed them. I figured that it was probably just the closest they could get but I wanted to make sure, you know? Thank you!
Chill people I am s in us got my tracking again on Sat and it still has not shipped. They are doing the best they can be patient. So they are technically not to international orders yet. This is a small business not a big fat corporation so there are so many people working at TMR. They are busy little hardworking frantically on our orders. But they are human not robots need rest and can only get so much done in a day. They magicians or miracle workers we need to be realistic. As with jacks work ethic I suspect he expects the same from his hive of busy bees. So everyone take a deep breath and relax it will come in time as I suspect this is probably the largest amount of vault orders to date. Form what I have heard the quickest to even start shipping. Thanks to the busy bees keep on buzzing around.
I still haven’t got the shipping confirmation email and i’m international “P”
I was one of the int’l guys that got a notification (B), which came on June 10th. But it hasn’t progressed any further in tracking since. So really, USPS was “notified of a package, which doesn’t mean USPS has received it yet”. Only assigned a tracking number. Sounds like it’s still at thirdman, waiting to get taken to the post office. Which is cool…puts me back on par with all the other internationals ;-)

@contrasted that what you call a skip is actually as it should be. If you look at your vinyl you can see where the two intros come together. What you perceive as a skip is not at all it is the best they could do technologically to merge the two intros. Also have not gotten my vault yet but the nick in the side along the edge is on the black Colts as well. So must be like the spur where the excess vinyl was clipped an should be there also. Also would like to say I think after getting this with the flat edge I prefer it and hope they make more records with a flat edge. Just trying to help clear things up a bit from my perspective.
@Rick Kanas I heard two Canadian guys got shipping confirmations a week or so ago but they were like B and D and others from Canada who were P and such said they hadnt got theirs yet so yeah and no one international since has said they have had a shipping confirmation yet so Im a little confused
…they have send a couple of weeks ago to all vault members
