Vault package #20 -- the Jack White Lazaretto Vault package -- is now officially leaving Third Man headquarters! We are shipping in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) order by first name, starting with American Vault members, then moving to international Vault members. USPS tracking info will be sent with all shipping notifications.
As usual, please hold questions regarding package #20's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped, so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as soon as possible. And, of course, keep your eyes fixed on your mailbox over the next few weeks!

Hello if you read more than vault 20 is shipping and read some comments in this thread you will realize international(yes that means any where outside the US) are not shipping yet! Remain calm. Find you Zen spot your happy place take a few deep breaths. This is all normal and everything is gonna be all right.

@Gary It’s not that they’re “short staffed”, they’re just a small business is all. I believe the rule they try to go by is sending it out 6-8 weeks after deadline and last week would’ve been about 6 so they’re still ahead of the game, really. Long ways off being late yet.
16 days since they anounced they started shiping and still no e-mail. Will know the next vault package before my packages arrive. International H so must be a few more days. Are TMR short staffed or is this a package they have sold more than the black edition.
Me too I haven’t got the shipping confirmation email and i’m international “P”…. oh dear…..
@Carl Van Dera, I’ve been a vault memeber for a few years and this is the first year I have had to get an issue resolved. How does TMR announce that all the vault packages have shipped and they will begin resolving issues?
@David Fisher, as long as you signed up and paid the $60 USD before the April 30th deadline you should be all set to go. I have been a member of the vault for a couple years now and yes it can sometimes take a long time. However their customer service is outstanding and if for some reason there is an issue they will definitely resolve it. They will post something once all of the orders have shipped, so I would not worry at all until that time. Welcome to the community!

@athinkingcat Good visual of the busy hive…indeed, they are just a small business. I just wanted to say (and for TMR staff) I’m not complaining. I’m just updating and trying to be a part of the community. Folks were asking, so it’s just meant as an update of sorts. I can only imagine what it’s like for the team to be working on stuffing boxes and peeling address labels all day long for a month. Peeps are just excited, is all.
