VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
i sent an email with videos of each of the three records that arrived warped the day i received them (10 days ago) and haven’t received any response yet. am i being impatient? i’m starting to feel a little over it.
Mine finally arrived (Calgary, AB) yesterday AM, but all 3 discs are warped – 1 & 2 are unplayable, 3 is playable but I’m not willing to accept new records that are warped with a $200 stylus. Tracking showed it sat in Chicago for 3 wks, made it to Canada on Xmas eve, and then tracking went into a black hole until Sunday when it showed out for delivery. None of the shipping issues are TMR’s fault, and I know they’re trying to economize on shipping, but 2 mos from notification to arrival sucks. Thankfully the excellent TMR customer service has already replied that they’ve sent replacement discs – hopefully they don’t take 2 mos to arrive.

processed Nov 19, sorted Dec 7, arrived at facility Dec 8, processed Dec 9, arrived in Canada Jan 7, delivered Jan 13. About friggin time. now the excitement of opening and spinning! here’s hoping the warp isn’t too bad (because they’re always warped a little bit lately it seems).
SO close. It’s allegedly at my post office (three blocks from my house) as of yesterday morning. I can’t wait!

My package arrived to me today in Perth, Australia. All three records were warped. Have sent an email asking to replace all three. fingers crossed.
