VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
It finally arrived. Like all good things-it is worth the wait. As usual the packaging is incredible with one quibble. A plain white generic sleeve for the DVD is ridiculous. Certainly not up to TMR vault standards. Just sayin.
There is so much here! Stupid question, how are you putting yours together? It feels like a jigsaw puzzle. I love it! Putting the Missoula, MT show on the DVD is amazing. Sadly, Jay’s Upstairs is long since gone.

To all of you assuming the delays receiving the Vault 44 shipment are the fault of TMR:
Trump is f*cking with how the USPS works and these packages ship USPS Media Mail class. Trump replaced the Postmaster General with his own guy with the plan to take actions intended to make it fail.Overtime was cut for mail carriers which means that any items they can’t deliver in their usual day are brought back to the USPS facility and they try again the next day. At minimum that will mean an extra day of “shipping time” for many areas. I understand where you are coming from but try to look at the big picture. Elections have consequences and music is always a great temporary escape from real life. I hope you all get your shipments soon. Stay safe and rock on!
is there any chance I can get the tracking number email? I have give Thirdman over $3,000 for their records and now I’m forgotten like a piece of trash. Thank you for all the nothing you provided. I’m glad I get to pay extra now for nothing.
Mine arrived shipping partner facility on 23rd of June, departed Cincinnati on 28th of July. So hopefully it is on it’s way to Europe now. ?

The shipping on vault 43 took 63 days to get to me in Scotland. This one only took 37 days so the lurgy hasn’t got it all going too slow.
Still just “label created.” I understand that Covid has had an impact, but 24 days?
