The wait is over and your patience has finally paid off... Vault package #39 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients tomorrow, and to US recipients by the beginning of next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by April 15th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #39's status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #39 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Received mine yesterday no patch or info card first time something missing any one else have this issue other than craig
I’m anxious to get my records too, but it does clearly state that the shipping takes 2-3 weeks and we are at the 2 week mark right now. Give it another week before complaining.
Received complete package in Austria today (last name starts with L, never got tracking info). Thank you Sleep and TMR for this absolutely immaculate set! It sounds fantastic and looks just as good… If I may be so bold as to make a request/suggestion, you guys should invite YOB to play in the Blue Room and give it a similar release (Vault or non-Vault, you’ll have my money either way). I’d sell my soul/kidneys/first-born child to make that happen! Thanks again at any rate ??

@TMR Vault, still waiting for my tracking number (I’m located in Germany) and didn’t get replies on my emails so far. My order number is 1000594359. A friend of mine (name starting with K, living a few hundred metres away from me) got her’s yesterday and got the tracking info last week. Is this normal? I’m a bit worried to be honest…
Neither the patch nor the info card were included in my package. Not in the envelope either. Curious if customs took these out at the Canadian border or if they were not inserted at all. This is my 13th vault collection and the first time I’ve had this issue
For anyone waiting on shipping that is excited to see their label printed, don’t be. Mine got printed at the beginning of last month and still hasn’t hit the mail.
The patch is in the envelope for all of you wondering where it went. Is there a download code for this so I don’t have to digitize the vinyl myself?
hoy llego mi paquete completo y en perfecto estado, letra s en México, sobre el empaque del paquete en mi opinión es muy bueno para las dimensiones de 4lp, obvio no cabria en las cajas blancas estándar.
