The wait is over and your patience has finally paid off... Vault package #39 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients tomorrow, and to US recipients by the beginning of next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by April 15th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #39's status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #39 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. TMR Vault…From OHIO…love your stuff. HOWEVER…Please, please give some serious consideration to upgrading your packaging cartons. Although you did use a bubble mailer on the inside, the exterior carton did not have enough protection nor extra space around the box set slipcase to prevent it from being damaged when the corner of the exterior carton was crushed during delivery.
The impact crushed through the bubble wrap envelope and into the open edge of the box set’s slip case, compressing the space needed to slide the LPs in and out.
Please consider a larger, exterior carton with more space to accommodate a protective honeycomb filler to surround the box set / slip case.
R in Ohio. Never usually get accurate shipping and tracking info but now I’m kinda wondering. Only thing I’ve gotten is an email saying a label has been made.
