The wait is over and your patience has finally paid off... Vault package #39 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients tomorrow, and to US recipients by the beginning of next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by April 15th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #39's status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #39 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. As always, we appreciate your patience during this time!
Prepare your eardrums for the loudest Vault package we've ever released...
I would love to see the numbers for this package compared to an average Vault offering. Even as a ratio, if TMR prefers to stay tight-lipped out the actual sales figures. My guess is that this one was massive. I’d bet international orders alone eclipsed the usual total units. Couple that with the logistics of a four-LP set, and that’s why it’s taking a bit of extra time. They’ve actually only been shipping these for a couple weeks…my guess is that the labels were created before they were even done pressing the records. To order. For each of us personally.
Anyway, I hope this doesn’t arrive until next week…I’ve got a whole garage to clean out this weekend, and it ain’t gonna happen if Sleep beckons.
Today officially marks an entire month since my shipping label was created.
What have I learned in these 30 days? To cancel my vault subscription and not order anything through third man again.
Just like everyone I am very eager to have my hands on this vault. Last name “R”. I certainly appreciate the communication from the vault staff on keeping us updated. I know of a certain Seattle based band that sends out one 45 every year to its fan club, and they have fallen 2 years behind; no update or timeline.
Point is the Vault is impressive and I’m happy to be patient.
Received my package today. It’s beautiful doom and gloom. My neighbours are going to hate this record.
Guaranteed, the locked groove is intentional.
So far so good and this Vault package sounds great.
However …
On Side 2, “Dopesmoker”, the groove at the end is locked in repeat.
Knowing what I am learning from this band, is this intentional or a defect?
Last name K received my box set in Chicago today. Currently listening to side 2 and it is awesome! Thanks to all the hardworking TMR staff, you guys knocked it out of the park with this vault release! It was well worth the wait. I purchased this set before buying my first turntable. Looking forward to the upcoming releases!
Please disregard my last question. I must have skipped the post. Sorry.
Thank you TMR for the update. Was starting to wonder.
On a side note, I saw a lot of international customers saying they didn’t get a mystery patch, is there an issue with it or will it be excluded *as vault is subject to change…. ? Tyi.
P in VA, not shipped but not worried.
They said 2-3 weeks and it’s only been 2. If anything, you should see an update by April 15th.
Don’t worry, TMR Vault will get it done!
