We have some great news to start your weekend... Vault package #38 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by December 28th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #38’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #38 is complete. I just received my vault package… What a surprise. It’s the most beautiful vinyl I’ve ever seen, no lie. About to spin the new tracks now :) Thank you TMR!!!
I wouldn’t worry folks. I just received the email today…..about a half hour before it was delivered.
Can see on Discogs that quite a few received their copies though. Maybe I should start to worry…
@Lleyton – haven’t received any email either. I’ve received the 3 previous VP’s without any problems so I’m not worried yet.
Who else wouldn’t kill for a 45 RPM record of this pressing before they punched the hole out in the center. It would be quite unique.
@magan I hope someone from TMR forwards your post to Jack. I think he would appreciate the sincerity and honesty of it. Hang in there. There are lots of people that care.
This is my first Vault Package and I’m Really Looking Forward to it. I’m an international recipient but I still haven’t received an email with tracking information or anything saying that my package is in the process of being shipped and I’m starting to worry. has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have any recommendations as to how I should approach sorting the situation out?
@Magan – My brother died suddenly and unexpectedly on November 25. Music was something we always shared and it was so important to us. My heart is with yours right now. You are not alone. Their souls are with us when we drop that needle. I wish I was near Nashville. I’d take you to the blue room myself and let you cry as much as you wanted (or not cry and just have a damn good time). We’ll always have the music and all of the beauty it contains. Be well and take care of yourself. ?
