We have some great news to start your weekend... Vault package #38 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by December 28th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #38’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #38 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. So we’ll anyway, like my neighbors didn’t appreciate my air snorkeling like I thought they would. So now I’m in this padded room. They have me looking at and defining common shapes and drinking several different types of purple kook aid. I swear I’ll never wear that dang stormtrooper helmet again…caused me nothing but trouble. Besides…we’ll anyway, where the hell is Kenny Baker? He’s supposed to bail me out. R2-3PO or something. I hope they send my vault package to my new home. All they play here is Spandau Ballett and Kajagoogoo. I guess I really must be part of the rebel alliance.
First time in my life at 33 none the less the all mighty “Z” actually plays in my favor for once! Hope it’s here for the holidays happy listening.
I love the fairness of alternating ascending & descending shipping…but as an “A” it’s really testing my patience. Can’t wait!

I cannot wait till this comes out. I’m gonna put on my Go Speed Racer pajamas, my Stormtrooper helmet and some flippers and just act like I’m swimming in my front yard as a performance offering. My neighbors will be overjoyed and I’m pretty sure they’re gonna then know that the new Third Man Vault Package must be on its way. They’ll glance out they’re window, smile and softly exclaim "That crazy son of a gun’s at it again! Thelma!?!? Bring the video camera, quick!!!
