VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
First package was supposedly delivered but never received. Paid $5 extra for a replacement package and it shows up but the album is on standard black vinyl! I can’t win.

We’re so glad you signed up to receive Vault package #35! We will be shipping this package around the record release date of March 23rd, but we need a bit more information from you before we can start.
IMPORTANT: Before we assemble & ship this package, we ask that anyone who has a NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS SINCE October 31st to please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com with your updated address by Tuesday, February 6th at 3pm CST.

I had the same issue with the tracking number – I received a message a while back to confirm my shipping address but then… nothing. It turns out my Vault package wasn’t shipped because I ordered close to the deadline, which caused an error on the system. Thankfully it has now been sent so if anyone else signed up on the last day before the deadline and hasn’t heard anything I’d send the Vault team a message (or try them again if you already have, I guess they’re probably busy with Jack’s album having just been released and preparing for Record Store Day).
I am so glad to hear I’m not the only person who hasn’t received a tracking number or even a response from the 3 separated emails I’ve sent since Sunday! I know the shipping info is right, I know they’ve received my emails, and I even used the code they sent me to be able to go to the AMAZING show at Warsaw in Brooklyn. You know what would go nicely with those memories…..my Vault package, HELP!!!!
Connected my turntable to my computer, downloaded Audacity, transferred album to computer, edited individual tracks, converted to 320 kbps mp3s, typed in all song info, and 2 1/2 to 3 hours later I finally have a digital copy of the new album! Success!
