It's contest time! As we mentioned in the original Vault package #26 announcement, we are running a contest involving the black and white iron-on that you all received in the most recent Vault package. Here's the scoop --
All Vault members are encouraged to submit one (1) photo of their finished iron-on project to vaultcontests@thirdmanrecords.com. You can use the iron-on to transfer onto any item, no holds barred. The winner will be subjectively chosen by the Third Man staff, then published in a separate post on the Vault site. Additionally, the top 25 submissions will be posted in the Galleries section of the Vault so we can all see just how far-out you people get with this. This is our subtle method of supporting and encouraging your weirdness. Don't let us down.
The winner will then be contacted and sent an extremely hard-to-find test pressing of the Vault #26 LP -- the White Stripes Live at the Gold Dollar Volume III, pictured below.
The deadline for submissions will be Monday, February 8 at 9am CST. You can make all submissions to: vaultcontests@thirdmanrecords.com. Be original, unique and creative with this project! We would love to see gratuitous use of scissors in all facets of this iron-on contest. Don't hesitate to manipulate the form and format with what you have. And of course, have fun!
Entered mine yesterday as my girlfriend had kidnapped the cool shirt I had created with the patch. I finally said"I need it for a contest then I’ll give it back to you even thought it is/was technically mine" lol

thanks but i think i did something pretty ridiculous with mine also,not to put down any other vault members,i can’t wait to see what everyone else has done.
@ Erik and Monica Hall if I know one thing it is to not underestimate Vault members level of commitment and off the deep end ridiculousness when it comes to this sort of thing. With that I say good luck to you.
