Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

@Gabriel Townsend – what is a suite and how do I “Jump In”. This is a serious question as I tried for two hours during the supposed Vault pre-sale with no success. I was on before 10a and was told for two hours that the quantity I selected was not available. I tried all quantities and all ticket options. Something definitely amiss. I am in the DFW area.

Sorry Led, this has been an issue in the past with TMR and presales like this. It’s not a new concept to give out specific codes for members. We have a Vault ID, why not use it? So, if this is an issue that can easily be fixed before the sales, one would tend to ask, why didn’t they make the effort? Instead, you sum it up as, “well, they tried their best.” Sorry, that’s a bs cop out by them, and you. Stop making excuses for them dropping the ball, not once, but twice. Instead, they went the easy route and gave it to anyone, even though we pay a premium for this access. I’m going by what their email said. They gave this second chance to those who were left out because of ticket sale problems. Maybe they should have been honest with DC residents, and said “well we can’t help you because of X, Y or Z with the venue or ticket services.” Your refusal to put blame on TMR is what is “kinda ridiculous” especially seeing as I and others are only going by what they have told us. Don’t shoot the messenger because you’re uncomfortable by what is said and reality.
High Demand Tickets go on sale, queue the infinite “Bot” complaints……..
all i want for my birthday (which happens to be today) is jack white!!! or at least tickets to the Austin show! I already purchased my airline tickets and hotel stay! Where can i buy them???

@Clampdown Just because something may have gone wrong with the sale, by tickets showing not available or bots getting them, doesn’t mean TMR doesn’t care. They are after all a company of humans who may have made a mistake by using a generic code. Maybe they tried negotiating another presale with those cities and weren’t allowed. You have to take into account the character of the company from the previous experiences with fans and years of their track record. TMR cares about their fans. Period. I’ve seen it time and time again. They are trying to make whatever mistake may have been made (by them or the ticket source) right. Why would they just leave DC out of that effort? You don’t know what they tried to negotiate and what the ticketing sources answers were. Your approach to this situation is kinda ridiculous and most importantly, false. Good luck Friday.
