Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

Tried for 2 hours fo Dallas shows.Kept getting a response that said not enough tickets available- regardless of how many tickets I chose. Tried all quantities multiple times and every type of ticket. So frustrating!! Please don’t gloat or call us out if you got yours. Many of us did not and it wasn’t for lack of trying.
@erin_edz many DC fans have stated they were on at 10, myself included and tickets were never available. It said immediately that no tickets were available, no matter how many times you tried and refreshed…sadly they’re now on Stubhub for 2x the price. TMR dropped the ball with their bs generic code yesterday, and now they are doing it again by not giving DMV vault members a chance against Big Business bots. I guess this just means we all can save this quarter’s Vault cash and use it elsewhere, since they obviously don’t care.
I got into San Diego 25 minutes after sale started no problem… and today I got in to Vegas GA no problem. Patience… and keep trying.
Just to be clear, since I was lucky enough to get tickets through the pre-sale yesterday, are those tickets still valid? Or do I need to re-purchase tickets?
TMR, I know you are trying to make most, if not all of us, happy and able to buy tickets. DC’s Anthem was impossible except for the bots. I saw only one person on this chat buy 1 ticket. Perhaps there were more that didn’t chime in. I did register for verified fan, but now I have to interrupt my work day - again. Thanks for all that you have done to help others.
For those of you who tried “ten seconds after 10” and didn’t get tickets, DID YOU KEEP TRYING? It took me about 8 minutes to get GA for San Diego and then two more times at 10:20 I caught another floor ticket but I let them both go because I don’t have anyone to bring with me. So don’t blame TM for lack of effort. :)

I can not believe washington DC is not listed. during presale I clicked add to cart 10 seconds after 10……. And they were all gone. HOW?
Got a code, but no European dates, is that right?
