Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

Yet, we can’t even get their code also to get a shot.
But, then again, I’m sure the bots are raring to snatch all those too.
Was there not a problem in Dallas? I was on at 10am yesterday and all it said was none available. Hoping there will be tickets available tomorrow morning.
Does anyone have extra tickets for Cleveland, Columbus, or Pittsburgh? I didn’t receive an email for my unique code so I called the Vault and they said they sent them all out at 10:00am. :(
Why do some venues say “pre-sale happening now” with the option to use the Vault code to unlock the purchase? And why does Columbus still look exactly as it did with no mention of a Vault pre-sale? Not trying to incite panic on here just hopeing someone can explain this…

I’m sure re-sale values will be sky high in DC. There isn’t any other JW show too close for such a heavily populated area (VA, MD, DC, PA, DE). Nudge, nudge… wink, wink… second show… :)
