Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

I am another Washington DC JW huge fan who has spent 1000s over many years with the vault. you seemed to indicate that there wasn’t as much trouble in DC. within less than a minute it sold out! for presale? very very disappointed. with the general ticket sale it will be the same as it will sell out quickly to then appear in stubhub for twice the price. considering moving on to spend my money elsewhere Ruben Cintron (longtime vault member) I was also at the radio city NYC which I drove to from DC a few years AGO WHEN JW LEFT THE SHOW HALF WAY!..LOVE YOUR MUSIC KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT DONE IN PURPOSE AND THESE THINGS HAPPEN BUT YOU COULD INCLUDE DC IN THE PRESALE AND MAKE MANY OF YOUR MOST DEVOTED FANS HAPPY.Ruben Cintron

No DC on the pre-sale fix is definitely a bummer. Perhaps it is the venue….venue is new. Just checked the venue’s ticket page, it directs quickly to resale page. No joke…standing room, general admission from $119-$405. Not getting warm fuzzies about my hopes for scoring tickets. I hope the joker who pays the crazy jacked up prices enjoys the show. I will likely be listening to the vinyl that night at home.

I really don’t know how Third Man can conclude that there was no problem with DC. Look at stubhub. Look at the comments on the previous post. It’s clear that there was a problem with DC, and now DC fans get to get screwed some more.
I am one of the DC vault members who was locked out yesterday at 10am and is super upset DC isn’t included in the second round.
I signed up a week or two ago for the verified fan presale but haven’t gotten an email. That’s my next hope is to try to get tix that way. Has anyone else gotten DC verified fan Ticketmaster password info? HELP! SOS!

@Timothy, I think because Dan Smalls Presents (the promoter for Brewery Ommegang concert) is doing an additional presage for their email list on Thursday, on top of the Vault presale and the Ticketmaster verified fan presale, they didn’t want to a lot more tickets to a second Vault presale. I’ll f you’re on the DSP email list, there is a code for Thursday’s presale. Otherwise, get ready for Friday’s bloodbath at 10am.

Not sure how DC doesn’t make the cut. Was on at 10, tried to get tickets and said none available. I guess me not being faster than the bots is not TMR’s issue. Just gotta be faster next time.
