JACK WHITE FINAL ACOUSTIC SHOWS

After many years of performing in a multitude of configurations, Jack White is announcing that he will be taking a break from performing live for a long period of time. To cap off the Lazaretto world tour, and following his pair of headlining performances at Coachella, Jack will embark on a short acoustic tour of the only five states left in the U.S. that he has yet to play. The states these shows are occurring in will be unannounced until the day of each performance. Joining Jack on his jaunt across these locations will be musicians making up an acoustic quartet, including Fats Kaplin, Lillie Mae Rische and Dominic Davis. The shows will be totally acoustic and amplified only with ribbon microphones to the audience as well. These shows will be the very first totally acoustic full concerts Jack has ever done.

Each special acoustic performance will be announced day of show at 8am local time. Tickets for these engagements are priced at $3 per ticket and will be limited to one ticket per person. All tickets will be sold at the venue door starting at 12pm local time on the day of the show – first come, first served and cash only.

Vault members. We would not leave your fate to... well... fate. We will announce show details to you in confidence 1 hour before the general announcement the morning of each show, at 7am local time. In each of the states we visit, we will also set aside 1 ticket for every Vault member whose address on file is within said state. Vault members in each particular state will have up until 1 hour before doors open at each venue to claim their $3 ticket with a photo I.D. and cash. If the ticket goes unclaimed, it will be released to the line.

This timing is strict, our perception of state lines is strict, and the one-per-person rule is strict. Don't go changing your address now in preparation. We know where you really live, and it will be obvious to us if you just happen to be moving across the country or over the state line upon this announcement going live.

We can't wait to see you next week...

Excited if Jack comes to Wyoming. The population of Wyoming from the ages of 10 to 50 is not even 30% of the amount of people that attended Coachella. The more you know.*````

i just really hope he’s talking about all the states he hasn’t played this tour. I hope he comes to west virginia

I second the request for Carolina Drama (such a great song!) with Lille Mae vocals.

I know this won’t be coming my way. however, is there a chance these shows will be recorded for a future vault package?
also, 1 of my favorite songs is Carolina drama. would love to hear that with Lillie mae vocals.

I was just appreciating Blunderbuss a few days before this announcement, and wondering to myself if and when Jack White would make another solo album. I am hoping the purpose for this time off from live performances is to create new material!

Please, please please record the acoustic shows and make an album. I would pay anything for it!!! Enjoy your break. I’ve been lucky enough to see you at Roskilde, San Diego, LA etc. Seriously my all time favorite. I’m also a high school teacher and my students love when I play your music!!!

I am sure this will come off as sounding like a dick. . . that’s alright by me, someone has to be the dick, might as well be me. So let me be the first to say I hope all the Jack White / White Swirl rubes are dead wrong! With all their concert date algorithms and statistical data. I would certainly get a kick and probably Jack would also to hear a bunch of Vault members jumped flights to Juno or Anchorage or Pierre waiting anxiously for an announcement that he’s playing in New Hampshire. Before you start tapping madly at your keyboards, yes I get it. I am jealous that I don’t reside in one of the states JW Rubes are speculating he is going, and yes I went into a semi-rant in chat yesterday? Yes of course I would love to see one of the shows. But take into consideration he is playing those locations and keeping it a secret so that the people and Vaulters who live there can see the show not so a bunch of 1%’s can jump flights wearing Beats headphones listening to Tidal and jack tickets from the locals. (you see what I did there “jack tickets”! HA! yeah i said it. EAT IT
