If you've been to any of Jack's shows, you very likely saw him and the band play at least one cover song. This year has been an especially adventurous year for Jack's cover song repertoire, and we think it is worth taking note! What better way to document all the excitement than getting all the covers together in one place?!
In the comments section below, please list a cover that you have seen Jack play in 2014 in any of his venue or festival shows. As comments are left, we will be compiling a Spotify playlist, then post it for your enjoyment as the list comes to completion.
Here are a few songs to get you started:

Dio….
It makes me happy…
@Quizze, loved that Video! The Jack inspired Zepp tribute cover of Rock & Roll. Thanks for taking me there! ..and at the other end of the classics spectrum we have the comedy video of Minutemens Jesus and Tequila. VERY LOL…Lyrics are good. Music however needs a lot of tequila to swallow that melody (?) only Jack could improve it Ahh..swilling Jack. ;-). Jesus is forgiving. Tequila not so much
Hey… Check this out…. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dUYRY4qmE_o
Thamks…. Looks like I posted the nonmusical version of that Lauren Hill adaptation … Here is the musical version …. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=n61m9poctAo ….. If Jack ever starts covering Stevie Wonder I think it will lift me right off my feet so that I might fully enjoy the heightened experience… For now Im wondering if there was another Romweber Duo lurking….. Jack is such a tease though … Im thrilling to hear Minutemen Jesus and Tequila covered now….. That will be some hot tamale on the platter if you ask me….. oh wait… Didnt the Platters do I’m Sorry originally??? …. Love love love it Mr. white!
I just watched the 1999 film, “A Walk on the Moon”… Great soundtrack! Would love to hear Jack sing a punked-out version of “Follow” sung by Rihcie Havens (wirtten by Jerry Merrick)… “Let your mind go reeling out and let the breezes blow you, Then maybe, when we meet, suddenly I will know you.”………………………………
@Quizze. Good call on Mr.McTells Three Women Blues. (However insensitively quaint the original id love to hear it in the mix!)How could we have been so blind to miss that one. ;-)…Baby blue’s on the playlist now and someone did mention St James Infirmary but it’s not on it YET. Amazingly there are 55 songs now. How thoughtful & deli gent, TMR. THANKS FOR THIS!
Im going to make a wild off-handed guess about this mystery song people are musing on….. I think its a Fleetwood Mac song…. But hey… i wasnt there so how could I possibly know?… But maybe someone should look into that
If i could special request one artist that I know has not been covered by Jack to get top shelf treatment it would be Lauren Hill…. The woman is shear genius with a heart of gold…. here is her Louis Satchemo Armstrong adaptation…. brilliant …. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HypxzFksaaM
Anyone drop Gene Vincent’s Baby Blue or St James Infirmary yet? Let’s not forget Iggy Pops I Wanna Be Your Dog in Ireland…. Oh i dont know…. I think we have still missed more than a handful of homage riffs here and there along the way regardless…. But thats a good thing… Keeps us listenin…
