One of our experienced and knowledgeable staffers will show you the inner workings of our expansive label offices designed by Jack White, direct-to-acetate recording facilities, and legendary live venue and studio that's hosted the likes of everyone from Neil Young and Cat Stevens to Pearl Jam and Billie Eilish during this intimate behind-the-scenes experience. And, while we ain't Broadway, please do remember to tip your tour guides. 

Tours are limited to 10 spots per time slot. Once your booking is made, it is considered confirmed and is not eligible for refunds for cancellations. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tour, which can run from 30 minutes to an hour. Late or missed slots will not be refunded or rescheduled. We ask that everyone stay with the group at all times and respect that photo/video inside the office is strictly prohibited. If you have any questions, please contact sales@thirdmanrecords.com.

Please note that ticket reservations can be redeemed at our retail counter on the day of your tour. Please come prepared with your email ticket confirmation, your name, and some form of identification to show the store staff upon arrival. Any open slots are available for purchase online and in-store.
