Hi all,
Just a quick note to clarify our intention with the pre-sale tickets on the Vault Pre-Sales page. These tickets are meant for members who are on the Vault for the same reasons that we hope all fans and followers are so dedicated to Third Man: for sincere and genuine interest in Third Man artists and releases, vinyl, historic recordings and reissues, art, film, literature, challenging normalcy in the antiquated music industry, analog recording, high-quality collectible products, etc. An intention that is not encouraged (and, in fact, not tolerated) is turning a profit off of our members' genuine interests in such creative works.
Although it would be impossible for us to filter members by intention upon purchasing a product, it becomes pretty clear on the secondhand market whose intentions are less than honorable. If and when a break in this policy occurs, really for any offer extended to Vault members, the Vault member(s) and any outstanding store orders will immediately be canceled from the Vault and membership will be revoked.
We hate to be so strict about this policy but feel that it is our responsibility to stick up for the members who have been so loyal, supportive and kind over the years since this whole crazy experiment began. Hope to have you all on board for years to come.

Vault Ticketing Policy Note
Thank you TMR Crew for this notification. xo
@MMarie thanks! I can’t wait for this show. Couldn’t get my hands on any tickets from the night before.
Should be magical!
@Matthew — I just received an email from Crowdsurge yesterday that they’ve just sent me my ticket for the same show. You should be getting the same message shortly. On the receipt page for my order, it says they usually send out tickets two weeks before the event, so it looks like they’re sending them out a little earlier than anticipated. If you haven’t received your ticket a week before the show, contact Crowdsurge’s customer service.
I have a ticket for July 24 in Chicago. I have not received the printed ticket yet. I also purchesed one ticket for the same show through ticketmaster and I’ve had it over a month.
When should I see the vault presage ticket?
Thank you for your efforts and time,
Matthew
I agree that it is disgusting that some members take advantage of their $60 or whatever vault subscription to buy as many tickets that is allowed and sell them for almost triple than face value. However, I would say that I, as a vault member, missed the presale for the Cains Ballroom show, and the regular sale sold out before I could get any. So the scalper s are helping out a lot of jack white fans that missed those sales, or is not in the know or financially able to be a vault member. I paid $482 for 3 tickets from stubhub after the stupid fees. But you know what, it ended up being tickets for my dad, brother, and me. We have seen the last two concerts at cains and are stoked for this one. I have seen jack isn’t the ACL festival with the Dead Weather, at lollapalooza with Raconteurs, and this will be the third cains ballroom show of jacks bands. So my point is, the increased price sucks ass, but I think it filters out some of the pseudo fans. Considering I paid enough to buy 8 tickets at the regular $60 price (think that was what it was). I’ve been a jack super an clear back to the Upholsterers, got my 60 year old dad into him (and super into him after seeing him at cains saying that he was so amazed and he is on the jimi Hendrix level). I will never sell anything from third man for profits, but I am thankful some do so I get to go to the show. After all is done, the $482, the 380 total miles I have to travel from Kansas, and probably $70 for hotel….I still couldn’t be more excited and super-stoked about this concert. So shame on you scalpers, but thank you in a weird way.
When do we get our tickets if we bought them through TMR? My buddy who bought his on the the regular website already got his.
So… now that we see how many tickets are available on stubhub for obnoxious prices it would seem that bulk buying did occur… That is too large a number of tickets for all the actual fans to just turn them over like that…. scalpers are a select few who are highly ambitious… most people wouldnt bother to be turning around tickets like that…………………. on a related note there are also a select few who are out there diffusing rational dialogue on socio-economic and environmental or political issues al relative to taking the payola from special interest groups who use networking software to collect mass data resources commercially and illegally… http://deusnexus.wordpress.com/2014/02/27/snowden-paid-gov-trolls/ ………. so be aware
Stick to your guns!
Crowdsurge messed me over, leaving me stuck with one general admission ticket to the Jack White AE show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 27. I would like to sell it to a Vault member at face value to be fair to my fellow TMR vault members. If you’re interested, please let me know!
Thank you thank you thank you. I have been a member since day 1 also and just love the perks and hate the for profit peeps. Good on ya for trying to regulate.
