We are shipping in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) order by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members, then moving to US Vault members. USPS tracking info will be sent with all shipping notifications
As usual, please hold questions regarding package #23's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped (about 2 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as efficiently as possible.
And, of course, keep your eyes fixed on your mailbox over the next few weeks! You'll be happier than the jolly young man in the stock photo above.
@HEIDLE Yes. I learned that after we realized the damaged package. The outside looked fine so I assumed everything was good. The records are kept at his nana’s(Have to replace his player) so I didn’t even realize I had doubles. As long at you guys think it will all work out I will have faith in the system. I just kills me to have to say no after being asked about its arrival since at least the beginning of the month. I don’t really want to come off as a complainer. Thanks HEIDLE I am glad someone understands why its kinda a big deal. Sorry to everyone that had to waste time reading this. I always assumed TMR would make it right just wasn’t sure to act right away or wait per the message above or follow the FAQ. Thanks again!

@todd if something is missing or stolen get in touch immediately! You might have to wait for all the packages to ship but you will be first in the cue.
Also, I have a nine year old son who is on the spectrum and I wouldn’t tell him it arrived until all the pieces are together as they should be!

Oh and even better than a dinged up print, box and sleeve I received two of the same- LP’s two side 3 and 4. Since this my first package is par for the course? As I stated this was a gift and pretty much had to be perfect. So wait and listen to the kid ask for his “mean Monkey pin” and watch the dvd or wait until I know everyone has vault 23 in hand? and try to explain why this happened.( the kid is on the spectrum so its not as easy as it would seem). Any vets have a suggestion?

So wait two weeks or contact immediately? The left corner of everything was dinged up. I emailed sans pictures. But FAQ has different instructions. Unless I read it wrong you have two weeks to let them know and return problem item(s). But second paragraph is different than FAQ. which trumps which?
As this was a gift I can’t hook up the kid with messed up stuff. plus other issues that don’t belong in forum. So…..?
