As usual, please hold questions regarding package #23's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped (about 2 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as efficiently as possible.

M in Mass.. received mine a few days ago. Except for the 4 inch split in the top of the box, everything else looks great. first time from the vault, glad I got the platinum… Thank you!!

I havent received any conformation mail shipment for my vault package 23. I’m live in Belgium and the first letter of my last name is L.
Am i the only one in this case? What’s happen ?
@Todd, they will post a message here in the vault saying that all packages have been shipped that is when they will start dealing with any issues we may have with packages. They’re a speedy crew but only human so it may take a little longer than two weeks to get all of the packages out.

So yesterday I received my vault package. Patience for what is yet another triumph. The packing details and design are outstanding, and top notch. I love the little detail with the album name on the side of the box as it looks awesome in my vinyl collection and shows off well. The cards are one of my favorite parts, well.. Ok I love the whole thing…. TMR staff and Jack thanks for yet another great package, between these and the ability to get tickets early to see you play and be close enough to see your facial expressions has and continues to make my vault membership a happy part of my day. TMR and Jack thanks for your continued entrepreneurial spirit and continuing to do great things and try a few new ones too:)
Hi. As I mentioned before my vault 23 was hella messed up. So when do I get the green light to have it rectified? First vault for my gf’s boy, so I don’t know what the steps are. still haven’t had him touch the pin or crack the dvd to watch. So reading the above the statement about it shipping it says wait 2 weeks. two weeks from the 16th? And How do I know all packages are shipped? It is just upsetting. Anything made of cardboard or paper was dinged up and two of the same records. Anyone know when issues will start to be fixed or even emails returned? Thanks for any and all help.
