Vault package #20 -- the Jack White Lazaretto Vault package -- is now officially leaving Third Man headquarters! We are shipping in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) order by first name, starting with American Vault members, then moving to international Vault members. USPS tracking info will be sent with all shipping notifications.
As usual, please hold questions regarding package #20's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped, so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as soon as possible. And, of course, keep your eyes fixed on your mailbox over the next few weeks!
@Jason Mann Ive got the same problem, you have to download the File a few times. After the second time there are two tracks in the ordner, after the third time three tracks and so on… I think its a error, but if you load it a few times it should be working.

I JUST TRIED THE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ON MY IPHONE. I INSTALLED AN APP CALLED QUICK ZIP WHICH OPENS ZIP FILES. BUT WHEN I ENTERED MY CODE AND DOWNLOADED IT ONLY OPENS THE 1ST TRACK AND THATS ALL I GOT? SOMEONE HELP. AM I MISSING SOMETHING? SHOULDNT WE JUST BE ABLE TO DOWNLAOD TO OUR PHONES AND HAVE THE MUSIC GO STRAIGHT TO OUR MUSIC OR ITUNES? INSTEAD OF HAVING TO OPEN EXTRACT AND MOVE FILES…??
Got mine yesterday. The LP is warped as all get out. Pretty disappointed in this. Anyone had to do returns like this before. Am I just SOL??
In the video to introduce the Ultra LP, Jack said at the end that everything would be in the mp3 download that comes with the LP. I got the download from the card but it’s only the 11 tracks. Is there somewhere else to get the hidden extras?
Yeah I know of a Canadian who is D and he got a shipping confirmation yesterday which is weird because its going reverse alphabetical so yeah and same here i just hope i get the package before the end of the month

Has any international members got a shipping confirmation with a name at the end of the alphabet yet? I’ve heard about people in Canada who are at the front of the alphabet who got confirmations but not anyone else from any other country as of yet so yeah
C in the us & received my vault package yesterday! The postman wasn’t too nic to me and the package was significantly damaged. The lp case is bent pretty good on the corner but luckily the actual record is in great shape! Anybody know if there is a way to get a replacement for the lp case only? Love the new album & can’t wait to visit tmr for the first time on Wednesday & see Jack at Bonnaroo on Saturday!
