We are shipping Vault package #66 in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members. Tracking information will be sent out via email within 24 hours.

Regarding your tracking number: if you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by February 1st, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #66's status until all packages have shipped (about 2 -3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible.
