TGIF: Vault package 46 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out later today. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by January 15th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #46's status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #46 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. WTH??? I just put in the tracking number again and it now says it was delivered to a mail box in Brooklyn, New York on January 2nd!!!!!!! I live in Los Angeles, CA. Seriously, what the hell is going on around here?
My tracking date says I received it at my mailbox on DECEMBER 29th. What is here? Nada. Nothing. Niente. Really upset about this.
Will try to contact my post office tomorrow but have a feeling it isn’t there as I live in the Hollywood Hills and am pretty sure it’s gone, baby, gone aka stolen.
I finally received my copy today in Canada… the B side record is killer!!
@smartly, I received my copy here in Tokyo just before Christmas. The packaging was perfect, but all 3 disks are very warped. I actually cut my finger on the chipped edges of disk 2. I have never had any problems with TMR vinyl before. I will contact TMR customer service but waiting a bit as I’m sure they are overwhelmed at the moment.
Definitely my last vault package. I realize that the USPS is screwed up, but nothing else that I’ve ordered this year has been this damn slow. It took them over 2 weeks to complete shipping, perhaps they need to either cap the vault at a certain number that they CAN handle or hire more folks to help with shipping. We pay a premium price and we are not receiving premium service.

mine has been in transit from Jersey City to across the river in New York for 6 days now …no Xmas surprise for me just a lump of coal….I think the canoe they shipped it in sank somewhere west of Manhattan…
