TGIF: Vault package 46 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out later today. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by January 15th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #46's status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #46 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Never received an email with a tracking number, and it looks like shipping is complete. Will have to wait a couple of weeks to see if I actually get my copy. Hope everyone who did get theirs enjoys it!
Heads up! I was sent two tracking numbers with the second being the one coming to my home tomorrow. Someone with the same last name, Kemp, is getting theirs today. They live in Austin. I’m still getting your updates Austin Kemp and I’m jealous you live in Austin. Have fun!
think back a bit…remember waiting for santa when we were youths?…the anticipation…was I a good boy or girl?…watching the santa tracking on tv…going to bed early xmas eve but sleep far away…every vault pack takes me back to those nerve banging times…I see in my mind the tmr staff dressed as detroit elves driven onward encouraged and supported by santa white…so i wait as you do with hope the pack is as cool as the johnny om7 my mum and dad blew me away with so many years ago…seasons greetings to all from

Brief update from the UK: apparently Royal Mail received my item today, 12 days after it “had left” Elk Grove. I wonder if it had a nice journey or it was well behaved sitting in the waiting area.

I received mine here in Tokyo JP, beautiful packaging but I have the same problem both discs 1 and 2 pretty warped. Disk 1 has so many pops and clicks that it made me a little sad disk 2 was just a little better. I have never had any record quality issues with any TMR albums or Vault packages before. I think I will contact customer service, I just hate being “that guy” during these difficult times.
I live in PA and it says my shipping label was made November 24th. No updates since.
Quick update, got mine today in UK. Theres a link from the original tracking page at the topp, to the royal mail tracking page. This will give you update tracking info if your in the uk…
Seasons Greeting at the end of a wierd year.
It’s kind of nice to know I am not the only one whose tracking after Elk Street is non-existant (Nightmare on Elk Street), but tit seems unlikly they have lst it, it is just sitting doing sweet FA. As a comparison my John Lee Hooker VMP parcel, sent days after my Vault Package got to Elk Street, I arrived on my doorstep two days ago (in the UK)
