VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Just go on EBay heather. You can find just about every vault package for sale there. Be ready to cough up some cash.
Dear Mr. White, I have read the policy in regard to getting any previous editions of vault packages. I just thought i would ask, it never hurts. I am going through a divorce and I cannot fathom how hard it’s going to be to divide our collection, especially your music. We fell in love listening to your music and it’s very meaningful to us both. We are kind to each other and are parting on the best possible terms between us. I have loved watching your musical evolution and very much admire what you have done at Third Man Records. Your innovation and vision is something that I Love and truly respect. Your shows without cell phones are visceral and honestly the most passionate and incredible experiences Ive experienced from a live performance. I saw your last Raconteurs show in Kansas City and was blown away- and many others as you have toured through this area. Anyway, I have just created my own vault account now, so moving forward we can get the packages – one for each of us. Steve Cotten has had our account with you for a long time. I want to say years. We are both in love with them and as painful as everything is right now, it would be amazing if you happen to have one additional copy of this last vault shipment, i would happily pay or it and add an extra $50 for you to donate to your fundraising efforts.
