VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
Jack got a little "face time’ at the World Series game last night! You well deserved a night off…the announcers even plugged the Warstic bat. It made me wonder if you had “early entry”? lol
Very poor production/packaging on this one – arrived looking perfect i.e. no obvious damage to outer mailer in transit. Open the mailer and it’s over-stuffed due to the flag, no inner protection at all, LP sleeve is dinged, all 3 inner sleeves are dinged, everything just thrown in. I didn’t open it when it first arrived and I’m not in the US so replacement is impractical anyway. Disillusioned with this Vault thing….
That’s wicked that you got your signed bat. This F.O.D. I have never heard of, but it looks and sounds amazing!! Your sensory’s must have been on overload. Very interesting. I tend to gravitate to all things creative and much of that on the fringe, at least by other people’s standards. I would love to see what you put on twitter, however I am not on any social media. I realize I am perhaps one of a dozen or so left on earth who’s not on Facebook. ? I do text and use email so I’m still pretty cool. Aimee? Can you please tell me the music that was playing in the three minute YouTube trailer for F.O.D. It enthralled me. TM sounds very beneficial as well. ?

PS I got my JWIII-signed Warstic bat in the mail today, too. Between my experience at the Festival of Disruption over the weekend and my doorstep deliveries this week, I feel like the most blessed of all ladies. It’s here! It’s really here! In my home! ???
Well dang it this vault pain. I moved in August and notified third man immediately early August called left a message to get my address changed. Heard back @week later August 15th to be exact. Was then told to email my address change. Ok done. Get a reply back and it’s to late to change my address. Lol ugh ok call again find out what now? Get told to wait for tracking information from fedex once fedex has the package I can change it. Ok no biggie. Wait, wait wait. Called TMR 3 times to try and at least get a idea so I’m not having to check every day twice a day. No clue. Finally last week I called left another message got a call back Friday. Oh fedex is delivering it today, still no update to my shipping information so had no idea.
So I quickly call fedex and guess what. TMR has it so only they can update shipping information which is against TMR policy to do. So this entire time I completely wasted my time for no reason nothing I could do anyways. Was definitely disappointed. Call TMR get ahold of a employee who is livid and doesn’t want to talk to fedex because that is “my responsibility”. Doesn’t believe me that fedex will not update shipping information. There is a $15 change of address charge which I’m more than happy to pay at this point but TMR will not let you do that. Finally get TMR to resend another vault package which I have to pay TMR to ship. So my original one is getting sent back at some point since fedex can not deliver it. Ridiculous.
Finally arrived today and the labels are jacked, two records are warped and the third took a nasty scratch on both sides. Ya so now I get to deal with them again. Cmon guys
I received mine Friday — and it was such a bright spot in my day, even more so than usual. It arrived while we were cleaning up outside (and out of power) after Hurricane Michael’s devastation, so it was a real mood booster. If ever I needed a smile, it was then. The power has been restored and almost everything is back to normal. So, I’m looking forward to the opportunity to take the time to savor this package. It looks so beautiful and I can’t wait to listen. Thank you for the job you do, Third Man Records. Thank you, Jack, for the music. Music is sacred. Music hath charms…
