VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I love the overall package, but is it supposed to come with three 8×10 photos? I only received 1.
Could I just point out that you say to wait until shipping is complete before contacting customer service but you also say “Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery”. Some people started receiving their vault packages over two weeks ago.
@AndrewYoung- the fit is tight but if you do it gingerly, they loosen up after the second time and fit fine after that. I’ve had that issue on a few sleeves from the vault. Always wondered why they don’t use the rounded sleeves (without corners). I feel like they’d fit better.
Just got mine today and it’s beautiful; can’t wait to have the time to listen to it!
My only “issue” has been that the black record jacket sleeves aren’t fitting into the sleeves with all of the pictures. I presumed that they were supposed to go in there. Is anyone else having this issue? Or am I not supposed to put them in there? Just wondering…
The Physical Graffiti-style outer sleeve is wonderful, hours of fun putting the sleeves in and out. :D
