VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Still haven’t received my package #36??? I’m pretty sure I met the dead line :(
Has anyone in Australia/International received their packages already? I am yet to get even a tracking number yet order status says ‘Complete’?
Thanks for the fantastic Vault package TMR! I used to have to wait until my family was gone before breaking out some Captain Beefheart…Safe As Milk, Lick My Decals Off Baby, and Trout Mask Replica…all on junky CD’s because my old albums were long gone.
This is truly hearing it for the first time.

Excellent pressing of a great LP. TMR is very high quality. I love the packaging, vinyl color, white vinyl single, the mask and various inserts are all high test and it sounds amazing. Great job TMR!
Home with my boy, Ocean, who is off school sickish so I get a carers day. He was wondering why I would buy something that I don’t even know what it is. Trust the curator son, follow the curator and you will be surprised but not disappointed by the art you discover….. truthed when we unpacked the mail at about 2pm today.
Beefheart – can’t say i ever got acquainted, Zappa – a little…..so I have more than excitement for this release and boy has it delivered. Onto side three just now………happy days
Some other unlucky person must have received 2 sides 3 and 4 discs as I received 2 sides 1 and 2 discs. My smile is stuck in frownland.
