The day you've been anxiously waiting for has finally arrived... Vault package #36 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by July 3rd, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #36’s status until all packages have shipped (about 3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #36 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Quick correction, meant to say when you use the tracking information from TMR, you will end up at the Fedex web site tracking page for your shipment. There is where you can click delivery options, and select a Walgreens for delivery. This is my 1st TMR purchase, but I have had a few of otherwise perfect records ruined that I bought elsewhere.
To USA folks in warm areas:
If Fedex tends to drop packages on your porch when you are at work. it can wreck a vinyl record shipment. A few hours, 90 deg+ temps, not good…
Fedex now has a package rerouting partnership with Walgreens. Have it sent to a air conditioned Walgreens vs your front porch! Click on the delivery options in your email from TMR or log on to fedex.com, create a account, and you can then redirect any fedex arriving packages with that too.
That said, I am looking forward to getting mine :)

YES!!! Mine arrived today in Hamilton, Ontario!!! Thought it might be delayed since I didn’t get a shipping email. Can’t wait to spin it but I’ll have to because my sons are watching a show:( Thanks TMR you’ve really outdone yourselves this time!!!

Ive never loved such a painful to listen to album as this. Heard it the first time back in 1986 when I was 12, when I heard the dust blows forward and the dust blows back and thought it was a bad dub onto cassette until I got a copy on vinyl 20 yrs later realizing thats just the way it sounds. PEOPLES BRAINS ARE GOING TO EXPLODE, I’m sure some will be offended too. Dachau Blues, Dachau Blues.
