VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
I’m a FREAK…I have every Vault package still sealed clear back to vault 8, i call it my redneck retirement, this one and a few others were very tempting not to open.

Yes! Finally received my package last week. Of course, with my name beginning with B I am one of the last to get it. If Third Man used Datapak to package and ship (the company I work for) everyone would get their packages in 3-4 days. Our goal is ship everything in 24 hours but with all of the Vault members I doubt we could meet that goal, but 3-4 days, maybe!!

Just as an idea… what if Vault #34 were to be like a special Jack White Solo sort of Galactic Oddities toolbox of sorts with the new music and some strange kinds of tools to fix things that hadnt been invented yet??? Maybe an animated DVD Toolbox owners manual for dealing with things like encountering the birth of a star whose strong nuclear gravitational field might scramble the space console or possibly an ionic iron reduction or molecular reversal field generator…. oh course there would have to be a polarity balance limiter for possible black hole spagettification modulation…. man…. high ball stepper would be so 21st century with that set of curios…. a girl can always dream….
