VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Anyone else having an issue with the soft touch cover starting to bubble up off the box? Never had an issue with any of the other boxes except this one. Pretty disappointing.

Just curious… does anyone else have an icky thump extras lp with the labels reading side 2 and side B??
Only Icky Thump was pressed at third man… United pressed the extras lp and the red demos. I had to cut the holes on both united records to make them fit on my table and I think a few others have posted that they had the same issue. My red demos even has a chip in the side of the record, but they sound just fine.
An amazing package. All lean, no fat on this one. Also excited for Vault #34……
A great set once again ! Also, again, very poor pressings. United was notorious but isn’t this done by TMR now? We love vinyl, but at least make sure it sounds good…
Oh, mama! Those Red Demos are smokin’! Just one problem: my turntable likes that record so much that it won’t let me lift the record up. Could you make the center holes just a tiny bit wider next time? Thanks!
so… it seems like this crew could put together a map not unlike what NYT put together for a bunch of pop artists recently… not sure how Metallica managed to make the dirty south list but jack white wasn’t up for consideration… very interesting feature… https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/08/07/upshot/music-fandom-maps.html …. any shipping crew staff wanna rough out a comparative map and let them know how sad it is that they may be leaving part of the map untended?
