If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

I finally finished listening to my Vault 32 package, Holy smokes!!! Make love to me with your music and vocals, Indeed!!! Cut me like a buffalo—My heart bleeds for you. ..I am so thirsty!!! I almost feel like curling up on my bed and feel sorry for myself, since I have never seen Jack White perform live in concert, and not on DVD. I can almost hear Lillie Mae on fiddle and Fats Kaplin on violin playing, woe is me. Ha ha!!! But I am grateful for my Vinyl, cds, dvds, etc. Thank You for your BODY of Work Mr. White. About the key….if its symbolism the feathered serpent may be “Quetzalcoatl” the Mayan God of learning and crafts, the 3 teeth on the key may represent pyramids, if the dashes and dots are morse code it may be “TV” which would coincide wit the picture on the DVD. Or it’s just a cool bobble to wear:)
