Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've been waiting for is finally here...Vault package #31 has begun shipping! We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.

Tracking information will be sent out to all recipients by early next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, no need to worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by April 10th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #31's status until all packages have shipped (about 2 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #31 is complete.
