Dear TMR,
I contact you because I’m having trouble to get my Vault Package #28.
It was a complete nightmare to deal with the French Mail Service to get back my package since they tempted to deliver it to my place at the end of july.
Then, the Mail Service keep it a the Post Office next to my home but their opening hours are not compatible with my working hours as I’ working in the Medical Field as O&P Practitioner.
Usually I can get my postage at their office the saturday, but of course during the holiday period, there are restricted opening days and the saturday fall into it. It was incredibly hard to deal with them to keep the package a few more days, time for me to be on vacation. So they sended back the package to you.
I’m very dissapointed, not against you because you still find a solution to my problem, but against the terrible understanding and consideration of the French Service Administration.
I hope you can help me, again, to deal with this.

I tried the link suggested by the Vault Team, nothing in the Fed Ex or Australia Post systems. I have e-mailed TMR again.
Will Rooney: Have you tried e-mailing vaultthirdmanrecords to let them know? Direct contact with TMR is really more effective than posting here.
I’m in Sydney, nothing yet. Tracking number not recognized by FedEx or Australia post. I am only posting because others in Sydney have received #28.
TMR has again responded very graciously to take care of my issues with Vault 28, Reach out to them if something isn’t right. Thanks for being so custermer service oriented, TMR! I’m sure this has been challenging for you & your team, David. I appreciate your efforts to make things right for me!
…and for the record, THREE CHEERS for Jack, the band, and God blessing my pressing!:) United got my lot right and I wanted to say so here in this the complaint zone. Mine arrived whilst I was out of town over the Fourth in pristine condition. The package is indeed beautifully presented and I gasped opening it and beholding each piece and photo. All lp sides are gloriously clear and each song sweet to the ears. Thank you, thank you,one and all.
Anybody in the UK still not received there Vault #28 package? TMR supplied me with an international Fed Ex website but it doesn’t recognise my reference number. I tried tracking it on Royal Mail but it hasn’t arrived onto their system yet.
