Just a quick update for the weekend. We have now completed shipping for all international packages as well as US packages through last name R. The tracking info issue is still being resolved, but worst case, we will be able to provide individual tracking information beginning on Tuesday, December 22. We really appreciate your patience as we work out the kinks with this new and improved system!

Having dealt with FedEx doing shipping and receiving RV parts for 8 years, I can safely say they are the worst. Luckily I was home and got a knock on the door and had it quickly handed to me. Didn’t even ask for a signature. I really do personally prefer USPS as I’ve never had problems, they handle with care and it goes to my apartment office so I don’t have to even be home.
Having said that, I really do appreciate all the hard work TMR does to make sure these get in the eagerly waiting hands of all Vaulties! Thank you and Happy Holidays!!

I really enjoyed this one being like the old days, not having any idea of when it would show up beyond following other people’s posts here and elsewhere. And then I came home from work and there it was! The pleasure of the surprise heightened the excitement as I opened it up and pulled out all the components.
