Vault package #24 -- the Loretta Lynn Van Lear Rose package -- is now officially leaving Third Man headquarters starting tomorrow! We are shipping in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) order by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members, then moving to US Vault members. USPS tracking info will be sent with all shipping notification emails.
As usual, please hold questions regarding package #24's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped (about 1 week), so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as efficiently as possible.
And, of course, keep your eyes fixed on your mailbox over the next few weeks!

Sweet Little Baby Jesus!!! Watching the DVD, loving every moment… everyone in the house is sleeping… the clip of the Bridgestone show comes on… and I want to scream and jump around!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you really love us, release the entire show!!! One of the greatest concerts and beautiful moments I’ve ever experienced. I’d pay for it all over again. And my tummy feels like butterflies are doing underwater ballet in warm, sweet, syrupy Sunkist soda! So amazing.

I had the same thing earlier this year with a vault package to the UK. I contacted TMR and they were brilliant help – they emailed me a commercial invoice to print and send to UK customs. I also printed out copies of the pages for gold and platinum subscriptions to show that part of the cost was to cover the membership. I also printed a quote from USPS for tracked shipping from Nashville to the UK. That all seemed to do the trick as I was given a full refund on the customs charges I’d had to pay. Hope that helps.
