You see… Now this is what I love about the legacy and homage found in the work of Jackson White after just one listen… You hear that? This cannot be mistaken as any other artist nor can it be attributed to some trendy passing fancy! The success of later speghetti western songs like Freedom@21 unmistakably come from a real attachment to that no holds barred hot rod hillbilly wild west abandon thrashing through this track unquestionably… So many of Jack’s contemporaries seem to be indistinguishably floating on the trend that I cannot justify studying their entire collection (fact) the live quality of this recording is so fresh that I would go see this show tomorrow!!! Howsaboutit???
