Call it psychedelic garage blues soul kraut rock meets country jazz in an AM Gold battle for your dial. Or whatever. It's just distinctly them and I love it.

The cover art by Michael Eaton is some of the best on record shelves in 2016.

So happy to see a Gramovox on the list. I love mine, have it paired with a beautiful tube amplifier. It’s like a working work of art to play and visually see the works of sonic art I listen to. It’s especially pretty with coloured vinyl!!

I used to have the Pioneer SX-1000TW and the PL-115D II. That receiver was Pioneers first solid state tuner/receiver, from about 1969-70. Good units. Upgraded to a Marantz 2030 and now have Mcintosh amps/preamps and Linn Sondek LP12 turntable. I reccomend those Audio Technica AT-PL120 turntables to people all the time who want to get back into vinyl. Very nice unit for the money. Great thread!!

Several very nice setups here!

I spy a repeat, angelina and robbie – roommates??? haha. Some great set up and records under the tmr roof!

Some nice looking record players not sure about some of the music choices…

On the topic of recommendations, what do you guys recommend to reduce shelf wear? My Dodge and Burn LP from last year already looks like a relic.

Swank!! I love my Manny turntable, too. That thing rips records that my Audio-Technica can’t. And I have to admit to getting a huge, silly kick out of playing “adult” records (Prince’s Scandalous Sex Suite, anyone?) on a “kid’s” record player. And, damn, Katty’s showing everyone up.
