@Dan_Halen I do believe they put some tri’s in the pre orders, but this doesn’t mean that everybody gets a tri. Maybe 30 get randomly inserted that way.

@Alarbar3 I agree. I love Jack’s spin on the songs he “recovers”. I love his take on this Harry Connick song and loved his Elvis cover. I would love to see Jack’s take on the song “My Way”. Elvis’ cover of that song has always been my favorite to date. Although Frank Sinatra’s is probably the most memorable. But I think with Jack’s genius and creativity he can easily do a version that would top those two versions.

I was just thinking that when Jack isn’t busy writing his own music, we NEED him to “recover” all the buried gems in the American songbook! ;-) And renew them with his own signature sound like beautiful pieces of furniture, no longer hidden away collecting dust..Is that asking too much of our music maestro? OK, go build a treehouse, get away from all the clamoring, relax for awhile. Then…get to it! ;-)

Looks like TMR has someone’s tongue. Hopefully the journalists and press that spread and report untruths. :D I really love the B side of this record. I love the jazzy feeling of the song and Jack’s voice is intoxicating. Can’t wait to order this record and I can’t wait for the video of That Black Bat Licorice.
