Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

Both me and friend tried to get tickets the portland show at 10am on the dot. It was the most confusing and difficult platform to try and buy tickets. By 10:01am all had sold. So very disappointing from a fans point of view who go way back to TWS era where buying tickets never had such hurdles in place of it.
No luck at Ommegang Brewery either. There is always tomorrow!
This is very disappointing.
A friend of mine is a ticket broker and bought 8 tickets for Dallas and many more for other cities. I was online right at 10am for a single GA ticket and couldn’t get anything. Advise for future pre-sales; do it through the vault website so members have to log in. The pre-sale code was all over the internet last night and us PAYING VAULT MEMBERS weren’t given a fair shot at early tickets.

When we signed up for the Vault it said we would be emailed the code. I never received an email, but now see it was posted on the website. I hope that I receive an email on Wednesday.

San Francisco please! Was on right at 10, page loaded for 30 secs, no tickets available.
Denver/Broomfield wouldn’t let me buy tickets, then turned to sold-out. I can get a GA ticket for maybe 2x ticket price.

I am hoping for Dallas as well, was on early and all the tickets were gone right at 10am, something wasn’t right…
