Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

I purchased tickets for the Seattle show this morning with no problems using
my (exclusive individual) vault code. Wish they would have done it this way to begin with. Yesterday was a stressful waste of time. I appreciate Thirdman making things right!
It is a fucking shit show. There is so much conflicting information. The code I have DOES NOT WORK!!!! I understand that they are trying to keep tickets away from scalpers which is great but I paid 60 bucks to join and cant get a presale ticket…The screwed the pooch on this one for sure. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Second Vault pre-sale…? Which Wednesday? Today, Wednesday Jan 24?? I just subscribed….when do I get the e-mail with the code for the second pre-sale? How do I e-mail Third Man Records to resolve this??
Any idea in Las Vegas?? I´m so frustrated, and here´s why: JAck White is my unicorn when it comes to him playing live. I had the “dream weekend” back in October of 2014: Tickets for 2 Jack White shows in 3 days! Mindblowing! So 1st show was Corona Capital in Mexico City(I drove there), it rained so heavily, that we had to leave. Turned out he came back 3 hours after to play, they never announced it! So 1 missed show. Then drove back to my hometown, and ready at 6AM to be the first man to enter the venue Teatro Cavaret in Guadalajara. At 10AM they advise Jack White cancelled the rest of the Tour, Isaiah “Ikey” Owens had died at his hotel in Puebla, RIP my good man. 2 shows, no Jack White for me. I dream about listening to High Ball Stepper live very often. Now i´m putting all my efforts to go and see Jack White in Las Vegas. I beg you, what do i have to do to get a couple of tickets, it says there are no more tickets to the show!! Help me!!!
trying to buy presale tickets for the dallas show. the code givin to us doesnt work so i called and waited 45 minutes on hold to be told that there is in fact a presale code but the code givin was incorrect.
Thanks Jack White and Thirdman records. I wasn’t happy the other day when I tried for an hour to get tickets and came up empty. Very happy with Jack White’s team for correcting this. I will be taking my kids for their first time to see him. My daughter still cries when I sing Apple Blossom to her. Its going to be memorable!
