Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

I cannot get tickets! Vault code sends me to Gallery, instead of the front of the stage, is this a Vault benefit?? TO be as far from the stage as possible?? And not even those are avail, it keeps marking an error!
Damn I’m too late. Got the registered fan code, but at 10AM it was only showing option to enter code for Vault presale on ticketmaster. Then at 10:04 it gave the fan presale, got in, but unable to get the GA tickets, all gone… Signed up for The Vault again, but too late for the code. :(
Was really looking forward to see Jack White again. Last time was Deer Lake Park in Burnaby for the White Stripes. Maybe I’ll be able to luck out on Friday when regular sale happens.
I had trouble monday getting tickets and was super sad when I wasn’t able to get through. I’ve been a member for over three years and totally felt for TMR. They can’t sell out a city/date with only vault members just because the people paid 60$ to get an awesome Vault package. Seeing people complain like spoiled brats really aggravated me, TMR always goes above and beyond for their fans.. These people clearly don’t know anything about the TMR crew. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced, scratched disk during shipping? Oh send a friendly email and a picture of the defect and a new one is on its way the following day…TMR is truly the best and they’re always doing everything they can!!

just been told that after paying to get the presale code , that they already sent them all out and will not be issuing anymore event though I never received the email! Can someone not going to the San Diego show email me your code if you have already purchased? So mad! have been trying since yesterday!
Portland presale worked for me for 2 floor tickets at 7:00 am. First try the web site crashed on checkout. I was cursing but composed myself and tried my code again, got the same tickets and check out worked. Thanks 3rd Man!
